Wellness Talk to Cover Work-Life Balance Issues

UT Dallas staff and faculty members are invited Monday to “Balancing Time & Energy; Work and Life,” a brown-bag wellness talk.

 

Leading the event will be Rolando Román, M.Ed., of the Office of Employee Benefits of
The University of Texas System.

 

The talk, at noon to 1 p.m. in the T.I. Auditorium at the School of Engineering and Computer Science, is sponsored by the UT Dallas Wellness Committee.

 

The presentation will cover the following areas:

 

    • Dealing with multiple things that get in the way (external and internal factors).

 

    • Identify priorities

 

    • Evaluate eemands

 

    • Sets to achieving balance

 

    • Time management

 

    • Recommendations on improving your energy level.

 

Román is the Worksite Health & Wellness Coordinator for The University of Texas System, Office of Employee Benefits.
