UT System Regents Greatly Expand Affordability and Access to Texans through 'Promise Plus' Program

The UT System Board of Regents preliminarily approved an additional $35 million in funding to provide tuition-free education at its nine academic institutions for undergraduates whose families have an adjusted gross income of $100,000 or less.
