Staff Council to Host 'Meet and Greet'

The UTD Staff Council will host a “Meet and Greet” on Friday, Feb. 22, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Visual Arts Building.
Staff of the university are encouraged to attend for an opportunity to meet their District Council members.
Attendees will hear about new and existing Staff Council projects, activities and fundraising endeavors.
They will also be encouraged to suggest ways to improve campus work life and the university at large.
Refreshments will be served, and there will be a chance to win door prizes.
Some of the items include T-shirts, books, posters, event tickets and lunches donated by campus departments and Staff Council members. They emphasize the unique range of contributions and activities representative of the campus community and staff.
The event takes places in the Art Barn, where attendees can see the current art exhibition Pix 2.
