Special Adviser Dr. Juan Hernandez to Speak on Mexico President Vicente Fox’s First 100 Days in Office

Dr. Hernandez, associate professor and director of the Center for U.S.–Mexico Studies at the University of Texas at Dallas and a close confidant of Mexico’s new president, Vicente Fox, recently was appointed to a key position in the Fox administration – chairman of the Presidential Office for Mexican Immigrants Abroad.
In a speech on the UTD campus at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2001, Dr. Hernandez will share an insider’s perspective on President Fox’s first 100 days in office.
Immediately following his speech, Dr. Hernandez will hold a press conference and answer questions.
