The second in a series of three lectures focusing on The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) School of Management and presented by the McDermott Library is scheduled for 2:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 20. The lectures, free and open to the public, will be held in the McDermott Suite on the fourth floor of the library on the UTD campus.

School of Management Dean Dr. Hasan Pirkul will introduce the program, which will feature Dr. Ted Day and Dr. Suresh Radhakrishnan.

Day is the school’s area coordinator for finance and managerial economics and an expert on ranking the performance of security analysts. His topic will be “Security Analysis, Public Information and Trading Profits.”

Radhakrishnan is a professor of accounting and information management who is also the director of research in the school’s Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance. His discussion is titled “Valuation Impact of Law and Organization Capital.”
