But if they really want to learn who is the best (and brightest) and to take in the most heated rivalry intercollegiate competition has to offer, they should plan their tailgating parties for Miami, not to watch the Orange Bowl, but to catch The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and The University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), going king-to-king in the Pan American Intercollegiate Team Chess Championship.
