Public Administration Review To Publish Special Issue About Sept. 11

Public Administration Review, a scholarly journal edited by The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) Associate Provost Dr. Larry D. Terry, will publish a special issue later this month reflecting on the events of last Sept. 11 and the evolving role of state, local and federal governments in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks.
